Powder and Dust Rain

Deuteronomy 28:24  The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

We are all familiar with the chemtrails littering our skies, crop dusters spraying for bugs, cloud seeding to produce weather (well, they do that and more). So, the LORD is not surprised, He says He will make the rain POWDER AND DUST.

In the first part of the chapter it tells of the blessings for those “…if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day…” BUT for those who don’t, well, He personally brings on curses.

Why I study most every day for hours. (#1 Research)

Around 2015 or 2016 I heard over my left ear, “You Can’t Handle The Truth!” – from a dramatic scene from the movie ‘A Few Good Men’ with Tom Cruise and Demi Moore.  Then I opened a random journal out of a box of journals, opened to a random page and read those very same words, “You Can’t Handle the Truth!”

Not understanding the volume that would entail, I focused only on my career with Mary Kay, seeking truth about my involvement, assuming that is what the message was telling me.  My eyes were opened up to my obsession and motives.  I chose to let it go.  

Once I let go of that career I allowed God to teach me what I needed to know.

My initial growth spurt of knowledge dealt with loosing cellulite, logging my food intake and exercise, learning about intermittent fasting, iodine, boron, and magnesium.  Boron cleans out the pineal gland, as does iodine.  Years earlier, Bruce had discovered that zinc is what we needed for the common cold not so much the vitamin c. 

Next came learning about whole foods, juicing, and bio-available vitamins.

The ground work was set for understanding of the human body. I happened upon the mysterious lymphatic system.  No one in my whole life ever mentioned this system. 

Why not? 

It is key to the flow of liquids through the body, where white blood cells are generated ( I think) and how infections and foreign things are caught and filtered in the lymph nodes then returning to the blood.

My husband, Bruce, and I began hiking and bike riding.  Together we watched hours of videos of hikers and bikers.  Time well spent because it prepared us.

Per the counsel of a nutrition counselor, at a health food/supplement store, who was 80 years old and in excellent shape, I stopped taking birth control pills and started taking Iodoral 50mg which is  a blend of iodine and iodide, I went immediately into menopause.   He also explained that I did not need more protein powder to increase muscle strength but rather resistance exercises and to eat well.

Even though I did not notice a decrease in my cellulite my overall fat had decreased and was tested for total body fat, which was in an excellent range.

We bought vitamins from that store, which were pricey, but bio available for cells.  A couple of months later we were introduced to doTERRA products.  We decided to buy the vitamins (LLV Life Long Vitality vitamins) from them to support Bruce’s sister’s business. She also explained the value of essential oils.  We invested in our bodies by adding oils, toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, and cleaning products to our regimen and medicine cabinet.

Ok.  This is not a plug for doTERRA, but rather another area of study I found myself in; learning about vitamins and oils and how they affect the cells, rejuvenate the body, and protect us from getting sick.

I stopped the iodine/iodide to not conflict my study of how my body reacted to the vitamins.  I later reintroduced it to my regimen.

Questions arose as to why my doctor did not recommend me getting off the pill earlier based on my age and all these other health supplements.   I learned that in school doctors get very little education on nutrition.

Those two years of focusing on my health and stopping cosmetics (for the most part), lotions, deodorant with aluminum, drinking lemon water/filtered water I noted my skin improved, nails repaired 50%, and increased my energy (no longer needing a nap mid-day).

Ok, let’s stop here.  Simply shutting off the rhetoric of the career and feeding my body wholesome things and rejecting the junk food as much as possible, and gentle exercising … I became hungry for knowledge.

What I learned next would blow my mind.

PIONEER

My fascination with those traveling West in a covered wagon was and is deeply rooted.   Their struggle.  It actually inspires me.

Looking back over my 20+ year journey as a traveling wife, I see my struggles and feel a deep connection with those wives traveling West. 

Come.  Peak under the canvas of our wagon and see how we survived the journey.

The call came the next morning after my husband had gathered us all for a prayer the night before.  The kids, 8 and 10 years old, were on the bed, sitting.  I was listening intently as Bruce explains the situation that he needs a job.  He quotes the scripture from Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith,” pause.  I interject, ” is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”  His prayer was simple, but full of faith that God would provide a job.

The very next morning, Bruce answered a call; we find out it is a company he had applied with three months prior.  They informed of the need for a welder.  The life altering news was that he will be traveling on the road out of state.

No hesitation.  Our lives changed on a dime.

Get Your Ducks in a Row

Do you have your ducks in a row?

Our daughter crocheted these darling ducks. Each have been shipped to other states or given as a surprise to a parked Jeep waiting on its new owner.  I can only imagine the adventures each duck will each go on: backroads, mountain passes, lakeside campsites, or cruising the beach.  Looks like she’s got her ducks in a row. This past month I kept hearing or reading in the Bible, “Get your house in order.”

“Get your house in order” is equivalent to “Get your ducks in a row.”

Ok…I’m listening…contemplating its meaning.

Well, first on the list is me, my heart. Jesus said, “Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.”  So, I took time to look deep inside to see if there was anyone I had offended, who I could go to and make things right. Then take action. Next considering my heart’s condition, was I angry at anyone?  Have I forgiven them?  Next, simply repenting of being unrighteous.  My mouth usually is the culprit, can you relate?

What next?

Going back to what Jesus said, what all does repent entail? This commentator explains it like this, “Both John and Jesus emphasized that people cannot participate in God’s kingdom without first repenting of their sins, changing the course of their lives to follow the way of Christ.”  https://www.bibleref.com/Matthew/4/Matthew-4-17.html

Cannot. Hmm.

“Next” entails changing the course of our lives to follow Christ.

How?

Prophecies Being fulfilled NOW

The book of Revelation at the end of most dusty Bibles is being fulfilled right at this moment while TVs blare and Facebook beckons the fingers.

Are you aware?

We all know things worldwide seem off as we order our donut and coffee.  What is actually happening?

The dusty book with unwrinkled pages tells of our days unfolding before us.

Jesus is coming for his bride, the church. Who is the church? The spotless ones, renewed by repentance and living righteously,  full of the promised Holy Spirit – Counselor and Comforter.

Psalm 51, start there, then John 3 and Acts 2. Your Father (Creator) in Heaven loves you, sent His Son, the Annointed One, Jesus, to take the sins of the world – your sins, yes, those private and unannounced sins no one knows about and those others are fully aware of.  Jesus died for you by the hands of unbelievers full of anger. He was truly spotless, sinless, humble, gentle. Read Act 6&7.

Be ready. Jesus promised to return for those who are willing to lay this world down and follow him.

Those not ready will endure 7 years of tribulation (wars, famine, pestilence,  plagues, earthquakes…) Now read Revelation 6-12.

Now are you ready?

Deciding on a “Covered Wagon”

The jobs initially took us up the East Coast then on to other job locations staying in hotels, then finally we decided to take the plunge and purchase a camper. Choosing a “covered wagon” was pretty basic for those heading West.    We soon discovered, however, the choices were endless now a days.

Wide eyed, we entered the Keystone Zeppelin on the lot.   The non-negotiables were bunk beds for the kids and it must be light enough for our oxen (a now different F150 but with 2 bench seats) to pull.   The Zeppelin had it!  Done.  That was easy.

Nope.  Minimalism hadn’t entered my mind yet.  I had my stuff, ya know.  Also, I needed headroom.  That ceiling was claustrophobic.    How in the world were we going to choose this camper? 

How did the pioneers just let stuff go? 

The Lord is so patient.  His ways are higher, his thoughts are not our thoughts.  He had a simple plan, GO.  Let GO.  Just GO.

After many more camper walkthroughs it be came apparent to me, we had  to get a bigger  RV – a fifth wheel with a high ceiling and a long slide out. 

Remember, the “end in mind” was to be debt free.  How then is that gonna happen with all these upgrades?  

The Zeppelin was like $13,000 verses the Wild Cat which we chose was over double that.  Beginning with the end in mind is a must. Choose wisely.  Count the cost of each purchase.  Especially when your storage is maxed out with stuff, even a case of water bottles is a questionable purchase, lol.

In John chapter 16, Jesus is talking to his disciples.  He knew in three years he was unable to share everything with them, but he promised that after he ascended to heaven he would send the Comforter/Counselor aka the Holy Spirit. 

Joh 16:12  I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 
Joh 16:13  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

So here you are about 2000 years after Jesus ascended, the Holy Spirit is still here for believers in the Son of God to guide them in truth.

Questions have answers.  Holy Spirit has the answers. 

Jeremiah 33:3 says, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

Remember in the Garden of Eden when God searched out Adam after he ate of the forbidden fruit and asked:

Gen 3:11  And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 

The question for today is Who told you that the earth was a globe?

The Holy Spirit’s assignment is to be our Comforter and Counselor.  My job is to equip you.

He: Odd question… But you’d likely be charged with criminal negligence… perhaps with intent to kill… and of course child abuse… Your child would be taken away from you… Do you know of someone’s who’s doing this to their child? This is criminal…

Me: An industry… These are the ingredients used in vaccines… With binding agents to make sure the body won’t flush these out… To keep the antibody levels up indefinitely…

He: WHAT?!

The man was beside himself. He asked if I would email him all this information. He wanted to share it with his adult kids who are parents. He was horrified and felt awful he didn’t know… his kids are vaccinated and they have health issues…”
